Keeping your information secure is very important to us and this is why we only keep the essential information for as long as is required.  We will keep our security measures tight to ensure the safety of any data we hold for you. Kushboo Candles will never disclose or sell your personal information to 3rd parties. 

Creating an account with us is completely your choice and, if you decide to do so, We will have access to your email Name, address, Delivery & Billing address and Telephone number until you close your account. Email verification is required to activate your registration. 

If you place an order with us, we will require your email address, Name, telephone number and mailing address in order to process and deliver your order. All payments will be processed by either PayPal or Stripe, depending which one you chose, and we will never directly have access to your bank account or card details. the privacy policy for these payment processors can be found at the links at the bottom of this policy. 

Kushboo Candles will need to email you regarding your order status or if there is an issue with your order. 

We are thinking about creating a mailing list to send the occasional promotional mail, discount codes and loyalty codes. you will have the option to opt into this first and out again if you wish to. 

Kushboo Candles will never request your account password, your bank account details, or any other personal information via email or telephone. 

If we ever contact you by phone it will be strictly regarding an update on your existing order. We will never call you for promotional purposes.
