• All prices for products displayed on this site are subject to change without notice. any orders made before the change will remain the amount as of the time the order was made. payment amounts due will not change once your order is made regardless of price changes on the website.

• Products are made in advance and are sold as is. Some items have multiple variations and some colours may vary as they are all handmade and unique. You will not necessarily receive the exact product in the image displayed on the website.

• We hold no responsibly in ensuring that you are purchasing the correct product for the purpose you intend to use it for.

Shipping Policy

• kushboo Candles only trades in the UK at the moment, we may branch out in the future. 

• Products will be shipped between 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If for some reason this cannot be met you will be notified via email. 

• All orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd class. This will be Large letter, Small Parcel or Large parcel depending on how many items are being posted and the size and weight of all items. 

• Postage costs are clearly disclosed to you, in your basket, before completing your order.

• Kushboo Candles reserves the right to change shipping methods at any point without notice. 

• We will make sure your goods are as protected as possible, but we cannot take responsibility for any damage arising from the company delivering your goods. we will try to assist you as best as possible in this instance, but we have no control over how your goods are handled in the hands of a 3rd party.
